  Josh was great! He helped my elderly dad remove some malware from his computer, and made the whole process quick and easy. Even though we didn't asked for it, he also cleaned up other things on the hard drive so the computer was faster and less buggy. I would definitely go back to him for service on any of my devices!

  Excellent service. I needed to re install my hard drive and they did it right away for no charge. As opposed to Best Buy who told me they would have to ship it away, and wait about 3 weeks. I'm thankful I found this place, highly recommend it.
