  Inquiring about an order I placed online and the customer service by phone was deplorable. Me: I’m calling to check on an order. M.W.: when did you order it. Me: let me look it up. M.W.: are you still there? Me: yes I’m looking. It was about 2 weeks ago. M.W.: Yea, those take about 5 weeks to be processed. Me: Um ok. So you’re working on it. M.W.: are you still there? Me: yea, *laughing* at just how horrible this is. Me: hangs up. So I guess it’ll just come in the mail in a few weeks. Waiting.....

  Amazing experience. The manager was friendly an helpful, Knew which uniforms came in petite sizes. I would recommend Medwear to anyone looking for uniforms.
