  I’m rating this 2 stars because of the selection. I feel like this store has a very very limited selection. I went there looking for a new purse, and they had maybe 10. ??? The customer service was fine, they only had 2 people out front. I probably and unfortunately won’t go back.

  I came down here from Jacksonville, but didn't bring a "hitting the night outfit" so I came to this Plato's location. The cashiers are young, which is not a problem, it's the immature behavior and the scrunched up faces, when you ask a question that I can do with out. I took about a hour to find the outfit i liked. One of the items didn't have a tag. They could not find the price, so they said come back Monday when the manager returns. Which was a HUGE inconvenience and since the shoes matched the shirt, I just wasted a hour of my time. No apologies, no let me try harder, just do you want it or not? Perhaps, the Plato closet's in Jacksonville spoils their customer with great customer service and better prices and that's why my expectations were set so high.
