  After waiting in line for atleast 20 minutes to exchange a product. I was told that their systems are down. Instead of letting me know beforehand they decide to let me wait. The customer service is also horrible, they dI'd not even apologize for the extended waste of time.

  Waited in line for 1.5 hours & the representative was rude and very pushy. They are very pushy and only want to talk about TV service when. I need current issues addressed!! They refused to help transfer my contacts & data to my new phone so I returned the phone before I even left. I went to the store in the Boynton mall where they assisted me quickly & I bought my new phone there & transferred ALL of my data. Will not return to the congress store!
