  Seems to be understaffed, always. The photo part is hardly ever manned and if you are expecting to be greeted and appreciated, like they show in the commercials, don't come here. It's like they consider it a favor to service you. The cashiers, however, are usually nice. But honestly, it's a sad store to go to...most staff members look absolutely miserable.

  Poor customer service. They take too long to assist customers, prescriptions are never ready, the phone rings none stop and no one bothers to answer it. They need to fire their staff and bring new people in who want to work.
